These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jstar888 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://jstar888.cam ("Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by this Agreement in its entirety. Each Player may register only one Account on jstar888. Multiple accounts held by the same individual ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share, disclose, or transfer your Account credentials to any third party under any circumstances. jstar888 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified jstar888 of a suspected security breach in a timely manner.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jstar888 may at any time, and will at the latest prior to processing any withdrawal, require you to complete the KYC verification process. You will be required to submit government-issued photographic identification (such as a Malaysian IC or passport), proof of address, and where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jstar888 may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in good faith, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree to comply with all rules, guidelines, and policies published by jstar888 from time to time.

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for your personal use only. You are permitted to browse the Platform, register an Account, make deposits, participate in games and betting activities, claim eligible promotions, and request withdrawals, subject at all times to the terms of this Agreement.

5.2 Technical Requirements

jstar888 provides access to the Platform via web browser on desktop and mobile devices. You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum technical requirements for a satisfactory experience. jstar888 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily suspends services.

5.3 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your country or territory of residence before registering an Account. jstar888 provides no representation or warranty that use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.

All Account transactions on jstar888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jstar888 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, as well as selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30, or the cryptocurrency equivalent as displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are for gaming purposes only. Depositing funds without the intention of participating in gaming activities is not permitted.
• jstar888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts not registered in your name. Any such deposit may be reversed and the funds returned to the originating account.

7.1 Processing Times

jstar888 targets the following processing times, which are indicative and not guaranteed:

• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost): typically under 5 minutes upon approval.
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): typically 5 to 15 minutes.
• Direct bank wire transfers: typically 15 to 60 minutes, subject to receiving bank processing schedules.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

A withdrawal request will only be processed where: (a) your Account has passed required KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount consists solely of real-money Balance (not uncleared Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements); (c) you have complied with all applicable deposit-to-play requirements where applicable; and (d) no fraud investigation or account review is pending in relation to your Account.

7.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. jstar888 reserves the right to require additional verification where the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method, as a fraud prevention measure.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, game contribution rates, maximum bet per spin or stake, and validity period applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms before accepting any bonus.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting technical errors, systematically low-risk wagering designed to convert bonus funds without genuine gameplay intention, or coordinating with other accounts to manipulate bonus eligibility — is strictly prohibited. jstar888 may void any bonus, forfeit any derived winnings, and suspend the Account of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

8.3 Promotion Eligibility

Promotions are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria may include minimum deposit amounts, account tier, geographic location, or first-time participation in a specific promotion. jstar888 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not unfairly prejudice Players who have already opted in and satisfied the qualifying conditions.

8.4 VIP Birthday Bonus

Verified Players in good standing are eligible for a birthday bonus in the calendar month of their registered date of birth. The bonus amount is determined by the Player's VIP tier at the time of crediting: Bronze MYR 188, Silver MYR 388, Gold MYR 888, VIP Elite MYR 2,688. Birthday bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements and are credited once per calendar year.

All games available on the jstar888 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In addition, the following general gaming rules apply to all products on the Platform.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in live casino or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in substitution for genuine human play.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of converting, concealing, or transferring funds derived from illegal activity. jstar888 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jstar888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage or system failure.

jstar888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

Gambling involves financial risk. jstar888 accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through participation in games or betting activities on the Platform. Players are advised to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

jstar888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities;
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• The Account is the subject of a fraud investigation, chargeback, or law enforcement enquiry;
• The Player has failed to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or
• Closure is required to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or court orders.

In the event of account closure for cause, jstar888 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where it is determined that a Player has acted in breach of this Agreement, any accrued Balance (including winnings derived from prohibited activity) may be forfeited. Where the closure is without cause, jstar888 will return any undisputed real-money Balance to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

A Player may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jstar888 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending transactions or bonus obligations incurred prior to the closure request.

jstar888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players by email, by in-platform notification, or by posting a notice on the Platform homepage prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 14.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jstar888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through jstar888's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to arbitration under the applicable arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction.
